Life lesson number one: DO WHAT YOU LOVE!

 Living a natural lifestyle has not only become a passion it's my hobby. 

I am a mother of two and a nurturer to all of the people close to me; everything I do is inspired by nature. 

I have dabbled in the fitness, health, wellness and vitality field, culinary industry and found my passion; Healing others from the outside in and the inside out. 

I love to share my research ( avid reader) and incorporate my findings into the world around me. It's my way to give back, educating, healing, creating and giving. 

All values I instill in my children; and hope to influence others with.
